By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms.
Please read carefully before contacting me for a commission!General
DIACLAIMER: I am a FULL TIME STUDENT. Schoolwork will always take priority over commissions. Additionally, I have two jobs outside of commissions. LONG WAIT TIMES SHOULD BE EXPECTED.I take payment via PayPal or CashApp ONLY, payments via gift cards, discord nitro, ect. will not be accepted.My commissions are NOT first come first serve, I may decline or cancel a commission at any time, for any reason. In the instance of a cancelled commission, a refund may be provided. See refund policy for details.You may NOT use my work for commercial purposes.You may not resell my art as prints, stickers, pins, vinyls, etc.You may not copy or trace my art. You may not claim it as your own work. You may however repost it, use it as a profile picture, etc.My commissions tend to have a long turnaround. If you need art by a certain deadline, there may be additional fees determined by how tight the deadline is.When commissioning any NSFW or suggestive content, you MUST provide proof of age! Failure to do so could result in blacklisting.I will NOT draw:
Racist, homophobic, transphobic or otherwise bigoted content
NSFW involving feral animals or animal genitalia (this includes pokemon)
NSFW involving minors (real or fictional)
Necrophilia (gore is fine)I WILL draw:

Full refunds may only be given if progress on your commission has not been started.
After the first sketch is sent to you for approval, you are no longer entitled to a full refund if you cancel.
Work that has already been completed cannot be refunded; for example:
If you order a shaded fullbody, and cancel after the coloring stage, you'd technically still be paying for the colored full as refunds only cover the work that has not been finished.
The only exception to this is when I, the artist, need to cancel, in which case you may be entitled to a full refund.
